As a Service Manager, you will become a trusted advisor to your customers and our service technicians.
PRESTO is the premier food equipment installer and service company dedicated to preventing kitchen equipment failure, contributing to the success of Commercial food operations, Kitchens institutional; public schools, corrections, chain restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and food processors.

We are seeking an administrative Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Manager to provide support for the Field service technicians.
In this role, you will be key to maintaining a positive, thriving environment to support company growth.
You will serve as a key point of contact for employees within our business, other PRESTO businesses, and external customers.
Core
Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination, planning and scheduling of service calls, quotes, and invoicing.
This includes preparing proposals, making parts orders, handling bookkeeping and P&L, set-up meetings and trainings.
Bookkeeper/Administrator to perform a variety of accounting and administrative tasks Receives and directs shipments/mail as needed Schedule and receive new service calls, coordinate technicians Participates in committees as appropriate and provides planning and support for new installations Coordinates company car schedules and assists in monitoring for compliance, fleet management Helps to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new Service Technicians QuickBooks and other related accounting software to keep journals, ledgers and payroll updated.
